Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supply Manager role based in Jaipur. The Supply Manager will oversee end-to-end supply management for ELIVAAS properties in the region, ensuring optimal availability of inventory to meet demand across various booking channels. Daily responsibilities include forecasting demand, planning and coordinating procurement of supplies and services, and managing inventory levels for property operations and guest amenities. The role involves collaborating closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams to align supply planning with occupancy targets and budget constraints. The Supply Manager will monitor supplier performance, negotiate terms, and implement process improvements to enhance cost efficiency, service quality, and operational reliability. This individual will also track key metrics and prepare regular reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, forecast demand, and support data-driven supply decisions.
- Experience in demand planning and inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and operational readiness.
- Proficiency in supply management and procurement, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Knowledge of inventory control tools or ERP systems, and comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, or operations-intensive environments is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
