Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Supply Manager to manage
procurement, inventory, vendor coordination, and timely supply of materials. The
candidate should ensure smooth supply chain operations and support daily business
requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement of materials and supplies as per company requirements
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery
Track orders and ensure dispatch schedules are followed
Maintain purchase records, bills, and supply documentation
Verify quality and quantity of incoming materials
Coordinate logistics and transportation when required
Required Skills
✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply / inventory / procurement role
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation handling
✔ Good communication and vendor coordination skills
✔ Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented approach
