Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Manager/Business Development Manager, based in Nashik or Karjat or Lonavala. The role involves identifying and building partnerships with homeowners to expand the company’s portfolio of luxury accommodations. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and executing business plans, maintaining strong client relationships, managing sales operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also involves monitoring competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and develop insight-driven strategies
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Sales Operations to create and execute growth strategies
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and strong negotiation abilities
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or supply management roles
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and MS Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus
