Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Manager/Business Development Manager located in Nashik/ Karjat. The primary responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new luxury property partnerships to expand the ELIVAAS portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with existing homeowners, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives. The role requires developing robust business plans, monitoring market trends, and managing sales operations. Collaboration across hospitality, finance, and operations teams is a critical aspect of this position to ensure seamless property and client management.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Business Planning skills for assessing market trends and creating growth strategies
- Excellent Communication skills for building relationships with homeowners and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to meet targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in the real estate, hospitality, or travel industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
