Role Description The Supply Intern role at Nextdeal is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The intern will support the supply-side operations of the marketplace, including identifying and onboarding new property listings, coordinating with local agents, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date listing information. Day-to-day responsibilities may include collecting property data, verifying details, assisting with documentation, and ensuring listings meet quality and compliance standards. The Supply Intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, sales, and technology to help improve listing processes and overall marketplace efficiency. This role offers hands-on experience in real estate supply management and exposure to AI-driven marketplace operations.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage property data, documentation, and listing accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with agents, property owners, and internal teams.
- Basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, and online collaboration platforms).
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to structured processes, and follow quality and compliance guidelines.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, real estate, commerce, engineering, or a related field.
- Comfort working on-site in Bhopal and conducting occasional field visits, if required.
- Interest in real estate, marketplaces, and technology; prior internship or project experience in operations or data handling is a plus.
