Jimmy's Dips & Sauces is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Warehouse Executive to join our team at our manufacturing unit in Sandhurst, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Manage dispatches for Quick Commerce, E-commerce, B2B, and Retail orders.
- Handle inwarding of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Procure raw materials and packaging as per production requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for order placement, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for vendor payments and documentation.
- Support warehouse operations, stock management, and order fulfillment.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with Quick Commerce or E-commerce operations is a plus.
- Good communication, coordination, and Excel skills.
- Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment.
