Supply Chain Trainer – Part-Time

About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Trainer to conduct a 30-hour short-term training program in Palghar. The engagement will be for approximately one week, with remuneration provided on an hourly basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 30 hours of classroom training on Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
- Cover practical and industry-oriented topics including:
- Supply Chain Fundamentals
- Logistics & Transportation
- Warehouse Management
- Inventory Management
- Procurement & Purchasing
- Inbound & Outbound Operations
- Order Processing & Distribution
- Supply Chain Documentation
- Basic MS Excel for Supply Chain Operations
- Use practical examples, case studies, activities and industry scenarios to make the sessions engaging.
- Conduct assessments, assignments and practical exercises where required.
- Maintain attendance and basic training records.
- Ensure candidates understand both theoretical concepts and practical workplace applications.
- Complete the prescribed 30-hour curriculum within one week.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of relevant industry or training experience preferred.
- Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, inventory or procurement.
- Prior teaching/training experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly to candidates from diverse educational backgrounds.
- Candidates with experience in skill development / vocational training / NSQF-aligned programs will be preferred.
