Onsite, Pune (Hadapsar)
Work timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM | Alternate Saturdays off
WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
- Facilitate supply chain financing for rural women entrepreneurs with banking partnerships
- Plan and monitor procurement, production, inventory, and project requirements
- Track costing, budgets, P&L, timelines, and operational deliverables
- Conduct field visits to understand challenges and implement practical solutions
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate costs, and ensure timely material availability
- Monitor inventory levels and reduce stock-outs, wastage, excess inventory, and delays
- Maintain supply chain MIS and share regular updates and insights with the team
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and scalability
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Banking/Finance, Operations, Business Administration, Commerce, Agriculture, or equivalent
Experience in Banking, Regional Rural Banks (RRBs), NBFCs, MFIs, or financial institutions, particularly in roles involving field operations, rural communities, SHGs, or women entrepreneurs.
Experience:
1 to 2 years, ideally from regional Rural Banks (RRBs), NBFCs, MFIs, or financial institutions
Technical Skills:
- Inventory and production planning
- Costing, budgeting, and basic P&L understanding
- MIS, reporting, and MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Field coordination and stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable working with SHGs and rural women entrepreneurs
Communication
Strong written and spoken English skills
