Role Description
We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in Lucknow, with the flexibility of partial work-from-home. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing supply chain operations, overseeing inventory and procurement, analyzing data to improve efficiency, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams. The role will involve continuous evaluation of supply chain processes to align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, and Inventory Management
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills
- Knowledge of logistics, production planning, and vendor management
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with supply chain software or tools is a plus
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities
- Previous experience in the food or FMCG industry is desirable
