🚀 PhysicsWallah Hiring | Associate Manager – Buyer (Apparel)
📍 Location: Noida Sector 62 | Experience: 4–6 Years
PhysicsWallah is looking for an experienced Associate Manager – Buyer (Apparel) with strong knowledge of the Indian apparel market, vendor management, and purchase order execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end buying for the apparel category
• Identify and onboard vendors and maintain supplier relationships
• Handle product costing and negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times
• Create and track Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely execution
• Coordinate with internal teams for procurement, delivery, and inventory management
• Maintain procurement data and prepare MIS reports
Requirements
✔ 4–6 years of experience in Apparel Buying / Sourcing
✔ Strong knowledge of apparel costing, fabrics, and garment construction
✔ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP)
✔ Experience in Retail / E-commerce / Fashion brands preferred
