Role Description The Supply Chain Specialist will oversee day-to-day supply chain operations that support trip planning and execution, including procurement, inventory control, and vendor coordination. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves managing the flow of materials and services needed for transportation, accommodations, activities, and other trip-related requirements. The specialist will monitor stock levels, track orders, reconcile inventory records, and ensure timely delivery from suppliers and partners. In addition, the role includes analyzing data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain service quality, while collaborating closely with operations and customer-facing teams to support smooth trip execution. The Supply Chain Specialist will also help implement process improvements, maintain documentation, and adhere to company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supply Chain Management and Operations Management skills to coordinate end-to-end trip logistics effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Inventory Management skills to manage stock levels, track usage, and ensure availability of materials and resources.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers and to resolve issues promptly.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, optimize processes, and support cost-effective decision-making.
- Relevant experience in travel, hospitality, logistics, or related industries is beneficial.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, inventory or ERP tools, and basic reporting is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
- A diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
