Senior Executive - Supply Chain Management

Role Summary
The Senior Executive – Supply Chain will lead end-to-end supply chain operations at Eon Meditech, ensuring cost-efficient, compliant, and uninterrupted supply for medical device manufacturing and global exports. The role covers procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier management across Eon’s ENT and surgical product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute supply chain strategy aligned with business growth and global expansion
- Manage sourcing of medical-grade raw materials and sterile services in compliance with ISO 13485, CE, USFDA
- Lead demand forecasting, S&OP, and inventory optimization across multi-SKU product lines
- Ensure material availability for manufacturing
- Oversee domestic and international logistics, exports, and distributor supply
- Develop and audit suppliers; manage contracts, cost reduction, and risk mitigation
- Ensure audit readiness, traceability, and documentation with QA/RA teams
- Lead and develop supply chain and planning teams; drive ERP/MRP adoption
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Supply Chain (MBA preferred)
- 2–5 years of supply chain experience, with 1+ years in medical devices or regulated manufacturing
- Strong exposure to export-oriented operations and sterile products
