We’re Hiring: Program Manager – Operations, Supply Chain & Growth
📍 Andheri West, Mumbai | Full-Time | On-site (5 days/week)
MetaGo Health is a fast-growing tech platform transforming metabolic health through personalized, tech-enabled programs.
Role Overview:
Own and streamline end-to-end operations—from user onboarding to 6-month program delivery—ensuring efficiency, scalability, and zero stock-outs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement, vendors, inventory & demand forecasting
Oversee logistics, kit dispatch & SOP execution
Build dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets) to track performance & optimize operations
Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners & internal teams
Drive automation using tools like Zoho
Who Should Apply:
3–8 years in operations/supply chain/procurement
Strong Excel skills (dashboards, forecasting); SQL/Power BI is a plus
High ownership mindset; startup experience preferred
Bonus: Healthcare/Pharma/D2C background
