Role Description
The Supply Chain Operations Manager – Overseas Opportunity is a full-time, on-site role based in Australia & Canada. The role involves overseeing supply chain operations, developing strategies to optimize efficiency, and managing logistics for international operations. Responsibilities also include inventory management, demand planning, vendor negotiations, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Supply Chain Operations Manager will play a key role in streamlining operations, improving cost-effectiveness, and ensuring supply chain sustainability.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Inventory Planning
- Experience in Vendor Management and Contract Negotiations
- Strong skills in Operational Efficiency and Cost Optimization Strategies
- Ability to ensure Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management in international logistics
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of ERP or Supply Chain software tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred)
- Experience working in a global supply chain environment is a plus
