Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly disciplined and execution-focused Supply Chain Operations Executive who can support warehouse and supply chain operations on a day-to-day basis.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Enjoys operational execution
- Likes solving ground-level problems
- Wants real startup exposure
- Is comfortable working closely with warehouse and operations teams
The role will focus on:
- Warehouse coordination
- Inventory & dispatch monitoring
- QC & SOP adherence
- Reducing operational and customer-level errors
- Supporting smoother day-to-day execution
This is a hands-on operational role with strong learning exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Warehouse & Supply Chain Operations
- • Support daily warehouse and supply chain activities
- • Coordinate with warehouse team for smooth execution
- • Ensure timely movement of products and materials
- • Maintain operational discipline inside warehouse processes
2.Inventory & Dispatch Monitoring
- • Monitor inventory movement and dispatch activities
- • Cross-check stock updates and dispatch accuracy
- • Identify mismatches or operational gaps
- • Support inventory organization and tracking
3.QC Improvement & SOP Adherence
- • Ensure operational teams follow defined SOPs
- • Support daily quality check processes in operations
- • Observe and report recurring operational mistakes
- • Help improve process consistency and discipline
4.Reducing Operational & Customer Errors
Identify causes behind:
- • Wrong deliveries
- • Dispatch issues
- • Product mismatches
- • Inventory gaps
- • Work with teams to reduce repeat operational errors
The focus is on prevention, not firefighting.
5.Vendor & Team Coordination
Coordinate with:
- • Procurement team
- • Warehouse staff
- • Vendors
- • Delivery operations team
- • Ensure proper communication and follow-ups
6.Backup Support for Warehouse Operations
Support warehouse team during:
- • High workload
- • Operational rush
- • Team shortages
- • This is a startup environment, so flexibility and ownership are important.
7.Reporting & System Discipline
- • Maintain operational trackers and updates properly
- • Share daily operational observations and issues
- • Ensure data and updates are maintained in systems/sheets accurately
Skill Requirements
- Basic understanding of warehouse / supply chain operations
- Good coordination and follow-up ability
- Comfortable using:
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic operational tools
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
