Supply Chain Mgr (Global Packaging)
We are sourcing for a fast-growing global packaging solutions company working closely with international clients (primarily U.S.-based) and Indian manufacturing partners. We are looking for a high-ownership Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end operations in Mumbai.

The Role: End-to-End Ownership
- You will own the complete lifecycle of projects—from requirement intake to final delivery. Your goal is to ensure every project is executed within timelines, cost parameters, and quality standards.
- Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Management: Monitor progress across all stages: estimation → procurement → production → dispatch → delivery.
- Purchase & Vendor Relations: Lead vendor identification, cost negotiations, and material planning. Ensure vendors meet strict quality and timeline commitments.
- Project Oversight: Identify bottlenecks early, track milestones, and act as the escalation point for operational gaps.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee shipment planning, container bookings, and coordination with freight forwarders to ensure timely movement from factory to client.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for international clients regarding project updates and issue resolution.
- Process Excellence: Proactively resolve production delays and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2-5+ years in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the packaging industry is highly preferred.
- Expertise: Strong background in either purchase operations or logistics/dispatch coordination.
- Global Exposure: Experience with export-oriented businesses or U.S. client timelines is a major plus.
- Competencies: High level of accountability, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Operations follow structured, SOP-driven workflows with minimal data gaps.
