Role Description
We are looking for a full-time on-site Supply Chain Manager in Canada. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and supply management. Daily responsibilities include analyzing data to forecast demand, developing and implementing supply chain strategies, managing inventory levels, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth flow of resources. Collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives will also be vital aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Demand Planning and Strategic Procurement
- Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Processes
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate supply chain performance and forecast demand
- Experience in Supply Management, including vendor coordination and procurement operations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Relevant qualifications or experience in international supply chain operations is a plus
