Profile -Supply Chain Manager Head

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage PAN India warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and
compliance.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies for timely imports and efficient distribution.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Process and manage orders in ERP systems, ensuring SOP compliance and accurate data
maintenance.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing teams for demand forecasting and stock replenishment
planning.
• Oversee vendor management, validate bills, and negotiate contracts for cost efficiency.
• Manage transportation claims and monitor operational costs with regular MIS reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement industry best practices.
• Mentor and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior supply chain role, including multi-location
warehouse management.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
