Role Description The Supply Chain Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role oversees end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand forecasting, procurement, inventory planning, and distribution across multiple city locations. The Supply Chain Manager will coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished products. Daily responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, analyzing order patterns, optimizing delivery routes, and implementing process improvements to reduce costs and waste. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and organizational policies, and supporting scalable operations in line with business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong demand planning and forecasting skills, with the ability to interpret sales trends and plan inventory accordingly.
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making, performance tracking, and process optimization.
- Experience in supply management and inventory management, including managing multiple locations and product lines.
- Procurement skills for vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost-effective sourcing.
- Background in supply chain management, logistics, or operations; experience in food, FMCG, or e-commerce sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency with supply chain or inventory management software and strong Excel skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain high attention to detail.
