Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Manager based in Faridabad. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and coordinate demand planning, inventory management, procurement operations, and supply management. Among their core tasks will be analyzing data, formulating strategies to optimize the supply chain process, maintaining adequate inventory levels, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods and materials.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Demand Planning and Supply Management
- Strong Analytical Skills for process evaluation and decision-making
- Experience in Inventory Management and Procurement operations
- Effective communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills
- Familiarity with supply chain software or tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment
