Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Management Engineer to manage procurement, inventory planning, vendor coordination, logistics, and production support activities. The candidate will work closely with the design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely project execution.
The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, technical understanding of industrial components, and the ability to handle multiple operational activities in a fast-paced R&D and manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement and sourcing of mechanical, electrical, electronics, and industrial components
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, lead times, and delivery schedules
- Generate and maintain Purchase Orders (POs)
- Track inventory, material inward/outward, and stock availability
- Coordinate with production and design teams for BOM and material requirements
- Monitor supply shortages and ensure timely replenishment
- Maintain supplier database and vendor performance records
- Handle logistics, transportation, dispatch, and shipment coordination
- Maintain documentation related to procurement and inventory
- Support cost optimization and vendor development activities
- Ensure proper ERP/Excel records and reporting
- Follow up on pending materials and project deadlines

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in:
