Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Supply Chain Manager for the Sweets & Snacks category, to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. This on-site role is based in Nagercoil and involves managing demand planning, procurement processes, inventory control, and supply logistics. The Supply Chain Manager will ensure the efficient movement of goods, maintain optimal inventory levels, and develop strategies to enhance supply chain performance and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Demand Planning and forecasting processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and improve operational efficiency
- Experience in Supply Management and developing vendor relationships
- Expertise in Inventory Management and ensuring stock optimization
- Knowledge and proficiency in Procurement strategies and cost control
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies
- Experience in the food or retail industry is a plus
- Education about food technology and any experience in food space is an additional plus
