Role Description The Supply Chain Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, procurement, inventory control, and supplier management to support telecom and IT infrastructure projects. Daily tasks include analyzing demand forecasts, coordinating with project and operations teams, negotiating with vendors, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services. The Supply Chain Manager will also track key performance indicators, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to maintain efficient, cost-effective, and reliable supply chain operations.
Qualifications
- Strong demand planning and forecasting skills, including experience with Demand Planning and Analytical Skills.
- Proficiency in Supply Management and Procurement, with the ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
- Hands-on experience in Inventory Management, including monitoring stock levels and optimizing reorder strategies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Proven experience in supply chain or operations management, preferably within telecom, IT services, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) are an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Excel.
