Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Procurement & Vendor Management
- Identify and onboard EV OEMs, battery suppliers, spare parts vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and bulk procurement contracts.
- Maintain vendor performance scorecards.
- Coordinate with finance for payment cycles.
2️⃣ Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Manage central and city-level inventory (EVs, batteries, chargers, spare parts).
- Implement FIFO system for battery lifecycle.
- Ensure minimum stock levels across hubs.
- Conduct monthly stock audits.
3️⃣ Logistics & Deployment
- Plan dispatch of EVs and batteries across hubs.
- Coordinate vehicle movement between cities.
- Optimize transportation costs.
- Ensure timely deployment of new hubs.
4️⃣ Cost Optimization
- Reduce procurement cost per vehicle.
- Minimize battery downtime.
- Improve repair turnaround time.
- Develop supply forecasting models.
5️⃣ Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain purchase orders and GRN records.
- Ensure GST-compliant invoicing.
- Maintain warranty documentation for EVs and batteries.
- Coordinate insurance & GPS vendor integration.
6️⃣ Cross-Department Coordination
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Legal & Hub Managers.
- Support expansion planning for new cities.
- Provide weekly supply chain reports to management.

- Vendor lead time
- Hub readiness timeline
- Procurement savings %
- Battery uptime %
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Operations / Business / Engineering
- 5–8 years experience in logistics, EV, automotive, or fleet operations
- Strong vendor negotiation skills
- Advanced Excel & MIS reporting
- Experience handling multi-city inventory
Preferred Experience- Experience in EV industry
- Knowledge of battery lifecycle management
- Experience in fleet or last-mile logistics
- ERP implementation exposure
