Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain operations. This on-site role, based in Vadodara, involves ensuring efficient demand planning, procurement, inventory control, and supply chain processes. The Supply Chain Manager will collaborate with various departments to optimize operational efficiency, monitor inventory levels, improve supply chain performance, and maintain cost-effectiveness while ensuring the highest quality in delivery and production support.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Demand Planning and Analytical Skills to forecast market needs and analyze supply chain data effectively.
- Expertise in Supply Management and Procurement to manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Experience in Inventory Management, ensuring optimal stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills to implement and improve supply chain processes.
- Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools; experience in similar industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of food manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
