Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad for a Supply Chain Manager. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
The role involves coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of goods. The candidate will also focus on optimizing processes, reducing costs, and improving overall supply chain performance.
Day-to-day tasks include managing supplier relationships, monitoring inventory levels, analyzing supply chain data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the entire supply chain cycle
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
• Analyze data to identify cost-saving and performance improvement opportunities
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods
• Resolve supply chain issues and disruptions proactively
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, procurement, and logistics
• Experience with inventory management and forecasting
• Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
Preferred Skills
• Experience with global supply chain operations
• Knowledge of demand planning and forecasting tools
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
• Understanding of cost optimization and risk management
