We are looking for a high-impact Client Partner/ Director to lead and grow our Supply Chain Implementation practice. This is a senior leadership role that blends consulting excellence, technology expertise, and client relationship management. You will work at the intersection of business and technology — driving end-to-end supply chain transformation programs for marquee clients across industries and geographies.
This role is ideal for a seasoned supply chain professional who has led large-scale implementations, commanded the confidence of C-suite stakeholders, and is ready to shape the strategic direction of a fast-growing consulting practice.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead end-to-end Supply Chain implementation programs — from solution design through go-live — ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary client relationship owner for strategic accounts, building trusted partnerships at the CXO and VP level across business and technology functions.
- Drive solution architecture for supply chain transformation initiatives, including technology selection, process redesign, and integration strategy.
- Collaborate seamlessly with both business stakeholders and technology teams to bridge functional requirements with scalable technical solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new logos — contributing directly to practice growth and revenue targets.
- Mentor and develop senior consultants and delivery leads, institutionalizing best practices and a culture of excellence.
- Represent the company at industry forums, client events, and thought leadership platforms to build brand presence in the supply chain ecosystem.
- Shape companies supply chain service offerings, point-of-view content, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with practice leadership.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience & Background
- 15+ years of techno-functional experience in supply chain consulting, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs across multiple industries and geographies.
- Demonstrated success in process optimization and solution architecture across core supply chain functions — Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, and/or Order Management.
- Experience working across diverse industries such as Consumer Goods, Retail, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Life Sciences, or CPG.
- Prior experience in a Principal, Director, or Partner-level consulting role at a Tier 1/2 consulting or implementation firm.
Technology Expertise
Hands-on implementation experience with at least one leading Supply Chain technology platform, including but not limited to:
- o9 Solutions, Kinaxis RapidResponse, Blue Yonder (JDA), SAP IBP, SAP APO, i2 Technologies, E2open, or equivalent best-of-breed solutions.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end technology landscape — including ERP, APS, TMS, WMS, and emerging AI/ML-driven planning tools.
- Ability to evaluate, recommend, and implement the right technology solution aligned to client objectives and maturity levels.
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Exceptional ability to collaborate across business and technology teams — acting as a trusted translator between strategy and execution.
- Strong executive presence with outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, navigate ambiguity, and drive consensus across organizations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, ownership, and delivering tangible impact.
