Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Role Overview
The Supply Chain Manager will lead end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient procurement, production planning, inventory control, and distribution. The role focuses on building a scalable, cost-efficient, and agile supply chain aligned with business growth and product demand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Strategy & Planning (S&OP)
- Drive supply chain strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead demand forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Align procurement, production, and inventory with demand
- Build scalable processes for growth and new product launches
2. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Source and onboard reliable vendors
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs
- Manage vendor performance and ensure cost, quality, and reliability
3. Production, Inventory & Warehousing
- Plan production schedules with manufacturing teams
- Ensure raw material availability
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and control systems
- Improve warehouse efficiency and stock accuracy
4. Logistics & Distribution
- Manage transportation, dispatch, and delivery operations
- Ensure timely deliveries (OTIF)
- Optimize logistics costs and efficiency
5. Cost Optimization & Risk Management
- Identify cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce wastage
- Manage risks and develop contingency plans
6. Technology & Data Analytics
- Utilize ERP systems and supply chain tools
- Track performance through dashboards and KPIs
- Use data insights for forecasting and decision-making
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with product, creative, sales, and finance teams
- Support product launches and business planning
- Lead teams, set KPIs, and ensure smooth operations
8. Compliance & Quality
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards
- Maintain documentation, audits, and quality processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in supply chain/logistics
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP and inventory systems
Preferred Experience
- Experience in toys, FMCG, or consumer goods
- Exposure to sourcing, import/export, and scaling operations
