Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Inventory management & auditing
• Maintaining real-time tracking of raw materials (BOPP film, adhesives, cores) and finished goods.
• Identifying slow-moving vs. fast-moving SKUs to optimize warehouse space.
• AI integration: Using AI-powered classification tools to categorize inventory and identify anomalies in stock levels.
• Purchase replenishment & back-ordering
• Monitoring stock levels against production schedules to ensure zero downtime.
• Coordinating with vendors for the timely delivery of raw materials.
• Managing the back-ordering process, ensuring customer commitments are met even during supply surges.
• Demand forecasting
• Analyzing historical sales data to predict future stock requirements.
• AI integration: Utilizing predictive AI modeling to account for seasonal trends and market volatility, ensuring lean yet sufficient stock levels.
• Supply chain excellence
• Evaluating current logistics routes and vendor performance to identify bottlenecks.
• Assist in implementing 'lean' principles to reduce waste and improve the 'order-to-cash' cycle.
