Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Management Executive located in Bengaluru East. The role involves managing procurement operations, maintaining effective inventory control, streamlining supply chain processes, and ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demands. This role requires a focus on efficiency, coordination with suppliers, and proactive problem-solving to address supply chain challenges, ensuring seamless operations in the fast-paced FMCG food industry.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Procurement and Supply Chain Management to oversee and optimize end-to-end processes.
- Proficiency in Inventory Management, ensuring accuracy in stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and effective problem-solving.
- Excellent Communication abilities for collaboration with stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience or knowledge in the FMCG food industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
- Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and relevant supply chain software is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and exhibit strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- 1-2 Yrs Experience in SCM.
- Spoken Hindi Mandatory.
