Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Manager based in Chennai. The role involves managing procurement processes, optimizing inventory management, and overseeing supply chain operations. Key tasks include analyzing supply chain data, maintaining vendor and supplier relationships, and ensuring seamless logistics to support production goals. The successful candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and sustainability in the supply chain.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management to ensure efficient operations and optimal stock levels.
- Excellent Procurement skills, including vendor negotiation and supplier relationship management.
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess performance, and optimize supply chain processes.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, supply chain software, and industry best practices is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in an electrical or electronic manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
