Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Supply Chain Management professional. The role involves managing procurement and inventory, implementing efficient supply chain operations, collaborating with suppliers and vendors, analyzing data to optimize processes, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with internal teams and partners to uphold operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management to monitor, control, and optimize the supply chain process.
- Strong skills in Procurement and vendor management to ensure timely and quality sourcing of materials and services.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess supply chain performance, resolve issues, and improve efficiency.
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant Supply Chain Management software and tools.
- Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the irrigation or agriculture sector is an added advantage.
