Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Supply Chain Management to oversee distributor management, hospital purchase coordination, supply chain planning, and cross-functional operational excellence across India. The role requires strong expertise in distribution management, inventory optimization, forecasting, hospital rate contract coordination, and stakeholder relationship management.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical, planning, and coordination skills to ensure uninterrupted product availability, optimized inventory levels, and effective collaboration with distributors, hospitals, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Distributor Management – Relationship & Business Optimization
• Manage and engage effectively with distributors across India under agreed contractual terms.
• Define and monitor distributor operating parameters and KPIs.
• Drive distributor performance management initiatives.
• Conduct periodic distributor audits and compliance reviews.
• Build long-term business relationships with channel partners.
• Ensure efficient product availability across distribution networks.

2. Hospital RC & Purchase/Supply Chain Team Interaction
• Ensure effective and favorable rates in hospital rate contracts.
• Negotiate and secure rates aligned with product quality and performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel in hospital management and purchase/supply chain departments.
• Coordinate with hospitals to ensure smooth supply and timely fulfillment.
• Support institutional business growth through strong stakeholder management.

3. Supply Chain Optimization
• Plan supply chain activities in coordination with regional sales managers and national sales leadership.
• Maintain optimum stock levels for fast-moving products and establish mechanisms for slow-moving SKUs.
• Monitor stock availability at dealerships/distribution points.
• Prepare accurate demand forecasts for manufacturing and finished goods inventory.
• Ensure efficient inventory turnover and reduced stock-outs.
• Improve supply chain efficiency and operational performance.

4. Analysis & Team Coordination
• Work closely with sales leadership for forecasting and distribution coordination.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely product supplies.
• Minimize dead stock and operational wastage.
• Ensure critical products are always available in the market.
• Maintain effective working relationships across departments.
• Analyze supply chain data and generate actionable insights for business improvement.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain Management preferred.

Experience
• 5–10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Distribution Management, or Operations.
• Experience in Pharma / Medical Devices / Healthcare industry preferred.
• Exposure to hospital purchase systems and distribution networks is highly desirable.
