Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Logistics Manager, based in Bhuban. The role involves overseeing and optimizing supply chain and logistics operations to ensure efficient material flow, inventory control, and timely deliveries. Responsibilities include developing and executing supply chain strategies, managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and distributors, leading project initiatives, and enhancing operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Logistics Management
- Experience in effective Inventory Management
- Solid Analytical Skills to identify trends and optimize processes
- Proven abilities in Project Management and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a relevant field (Master’s degree or certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP desired)
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems is an advantage
