Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain and Logistics Executive to join our operations team. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities, with a strong emphasis on inventory management, shipping coordination, vendor communication, and handling logistics queries.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor inventory levels through regular updates.
- Coordinate shipping and packaging operations, ensuring timely dispatch and accurate documentation.
- Communicate with vendors and logistics partners to track orders and resolve delivery issues.
- Support packing and dispatch processes to maintain shipment quality and accuracy.
- Respond to logistics-related queries and assist with day-to-day operational tasks.
Qualifications:
- Recently completed a degree in any related field.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data entry.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic understanding of inventory systems and shipping processes is a plus.
