Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Supply Chain Lead. The Supply Chain Lead will oversee supply chain operations, manage inventory, optimize processes, and ensure on-time delivery. Daily responsibilities include monitoring supply chain activities, analyzing performance metrics, communicating with suppliers and stakeholders, maintaining inventory levels, and streamlining operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The role requires strong leadership and collaboration within cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management to streamline operations and meet business goals.
• Strong Analytical Skills for optimizing processes, forecasting demand, and addressing challenges effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills for liaising with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Expertise in Operations Management to ensure seamless functioning of day-to-day supply chain activities.
• Knowledge of relevant technology or software used in supply chain and inventory management is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and experience leading teams to drive operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
