Job Description

Role Brief
This role supports daily customs operations to ensure shipments are cleared smoothly and on time. You will coordinate with CHAs, freight partners, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep the import/export process efficient. You will also help improve processes by reviewing data and identifying better ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day customs operations to ensure all shipments are cleared on time and follow compliance guidelines.
- Help identify and resolve any issues or delays that may affect the import/export process.
- Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHAs), freight forwarders, and internal teams like procurement and finance for seamless operations.
- Assist in reviewing historical data to suggest improvements in processes.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy across all customs-related activities.
Job Requirement
Who We’re Looking For
- A student or recent graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of import/export processes is a plus.
- Data analysis and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain workflows
- Eagerness to learn, take responsibility, and work in a fast-paced environment.
