Location: On-site, Gurugram (Farm + Operations Hub) Type: Internship · Full-time Duration: 3-6 Months · with a real path to a full-time permanent role for top performers
You will help run the daily operations of one of India's most advanced AI-monitored, farm-verified food brands — the company that supplies tier 1 HoReCa brnads, and is building India's answer to the global superfood wave.
Every morning, fresh produce moves from our AI-monitored farm to India's finest kitchens. You will be at the centre of making that happen — owning the flow from seed to shelf, learning how a modern AgriFood company actually runs, and using technology most farms in India have never seen.
What You'll Actually Do
Supply Chain & Operations — the core (60%)
You'll own the daily heartbeat of our operations:
- Manage procurement and delivery of farm produce and inputs — making sure the right product reaches the right client, on time, every time
- Be the link between our farm, our vendors, and premium clients like— coordinating so nothing slips
- Run inventory and stock control — knowing exactly what we have, what we need, and what's moving
- Plan dispatch and delivery routes — optimising how produce travels so we cut cost and waste
- Build the discipline behind the scenes — POs, GRNs, inventory reports — that keeps a premium brand reliable
- Help design and run the night-before-ready delivery system that replaces morning chaos with smooth execution
- Keep our produce stored, traced, and quality-protected from harvest to handover
Farm Operation & Agronomy— learn the craft (40%)
You won't just move the produce — you'll understand how it's grown:
- Get hands-on with daily farm operations and crop cycles management in a controlled-environment, AI-monitored farm
- Learn IPM and INM (Integrated Pest & Nutrient Management) from the people who do it
- Support harvesting, grading, packaging, and post-harvest handling to premium quality standards
- Live the farm SOPs — cleanliness, quality, traceability — that make "Beyond Organic" real
Who You Are
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agribusiness, Supply Chain, or related — or you're simply sharp, hungry, and obsessed with how things get built and delivered
- You have a basic grasp of supply chain, procurement, inventory, or farm operations — and a strong desire to go deeper
- Bonus points for any exposure to Hydroponics, Urban Farming, Protected Cultivation, or Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) — this is the future of food and you want in
- Comfortable with Excel and comfortable getting your hands dirty on a farm floor
