Role Overview
We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive who thrives at the intersection of sales enablement and logistics execution. You’ll act as the linchpin between the sales team, partner OEMs, logistics vendors, and internal operations – ensuring that every asset movement happens on time.
Key Responsibilities
Process Ownership
· Create and manage SOPs for sales-led deployments and hardware movement
· Ensure documentation, GRN/ASN tracking, and billing coordination are airtight
· Ensure alignment of supply chain operations with business goals.
Sales-Aligned Planning
· Translate vehicle deployment plans into actionable supply chain and inventory plans
· Support regional sales teams with stock visibility, demand forecasting, and dispatch tracking
· Coordinate with finance, strategy, marketing and sales team.
What We're Looking For
· 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in EV, mobility, automotive, or high-growth startups.
· Strong understanding of last-mile delivery, hub & spoke logistics.
· Great communicator who can manage vendors, OEMs, and internal chaos without breaking a sweat.
· Must have hands-on-experience with ERP Tools like SAP or Oracle (relevant modules).
· Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI tools.
· Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations; MBA is a plus
