Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to support procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor coordination for renewable energy projects across Solar, Wind, and BESS sectors.
The role involves assisting in material sourcing, shipment tracking, logistics coordination, inventory monitoring, and resolving material-related issues to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
โข Maintain procurement records and assist in issuing Purchase Orders (POs)
โข Coordinate transportation of materials from vendors to project sites
โข Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials
โข Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, vendors, and site teams
โข Monitor inventory and stock levels
โข Support receiving, inspection, and issuing of materials
โข Maintain accurate inventory and procurement documentation
โข Follow up on material replacements and vendor coordination
โข Resolve material-related issues with internal teams and vendors
โข Support procurement and logistics teams in day-to-day operations
โข Assist in vendor performance tracking and reporting
Key Skills
โข Knowledge of procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations
โข Understanding of Solar, Wind, and BESS components
โข Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
โข Vendor management and follow-up capabilities
โข Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Zoho preferred)
โข Problem-solving and time management skills
โข Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities
Qualifications
โข Bachelorโs degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
โข MBA in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage
โข 1โ3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in renewable energy projects
Other Requirements
โข Exposure to EPC, I&C, Solar, Wind, or BESS projects preferred
โข Knowledge of vendor coordination and transport regulations
โข Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
โข Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
โข Willingness to learn and adapt to renewable energy project requirements
