Job Summary:
We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator with strong experience in either of FMCG, Manufacturing or Retail operations. The role involves managing MIS reporting, stock planning, warehouse coordination, and ensuring smooth inventory flow across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
MIS & Reporting:
- Prepare Daily Sales Report (DSR), Stock Report, and Dispatch Reports.
- Generate Sales-wise, location-wise, and category-wise reports.
- Maintain dashboards for sales vs stock analysis.
- Provide data for management review and decision-making.
Inventory & Warehouse Management:
- Manage warehouse stock, dispatch planning, and stock transfers.
- Conduct regular stock audits & physical verification.
- Ensure FIFO compliance (important for FMCG products).
- Track expiry, damage, and slow-moving inventory.
- Maintain minimum stock levels & reorder planning.
Coordination & Operations:
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, and Logistics teams.
- Plan inventory based on demand forecasting & sales trends.
- Monitor order processing and timely dispatch.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS dashboards).
- Experience in ERP software (Tally).
- Understanding of supply chain & inventory lifecycle.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong coordination and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred).
- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Retail industry is mandatory.
Key KPIs (Performance Indicators):
- Stock accuracy (%)
- Inventory turnover ratio
- Reduction in dead/slow-moving stock
- Timely MIS reporting
- Order fulfillment rate
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Team handling experience (preferred).
