Role Description
We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage demand and supply alignment at DiamondXE.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth order flow and inventory management.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate between sales, procurement, and inventory teams
- Track orders from requirement to delivery
- Maintain stock levels and avoid shortages or overstock
- Work with vendors and logistics partners
- Ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain reports and operational accuracy
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain/operations
- Experience in jewellery or luxury products preferred
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Familiarity with ERP/inventory systems
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
