Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator who will support day-to-day supply chain operations, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure smooth flow of materials and information across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities :
1) Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, logistics partners, and internal teams.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and pending requirements.
Act as a communication bridge between procurement, operations, and stores/outlets.
2) Order & Inventory Management
Track purchase orders, dispatches, and deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning.
Maintain accurate records of stock movement and supply chain data.
3) Data & Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports using MS Excel.
Update trackers for orders, vendors, and inventory.
Highlight delays, gaps, and improvement areas to the team.
4) Process Support
Assist in improving supply chain processes and documentation.
Ensure timely resolution of supply-related issues.
Support audits and compliance requirements, if needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Must-Have Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas).
Basic understanding of supply chain / logistics / procurement.
Ability to follow up and manage multiple tasks.
Qualification:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA / B.Com / BBA preferred).
