Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Business Analyst located in Mumbai. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing supply chain processes, developing demand planning strategies, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements. The role involves conducting business process reviews, providing actionable insights, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Other responsibilities include preparing data-driven reports and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Demand Planning and Business Analysis skills to identify and address supply chain challenges effectively.
- Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficient Communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.
- Experience with Business Process analysis and optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software for data analysis and business intelligence is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in the cold supply chain domain is a plus.
- Do a detailed processing mapping, create value stream mapping by understanding customer requirment and build optimum solutions
