About the Role
Gloplax Solutions is a fast-growing Global Capability Center (GCC) advisory firm helping world-class enterprises build and scale high-performance global teams. We're hiring a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end purchase order processing, vendor coordination, and procurement operations. You'll be the key link between internal business units and external suppliers — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless execution across all procurement activities.
What You'll Work On
- Manage end-to-end processing of medium to high-value purchase orders for goods and services — ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal business units and external suppliers — handle queries, resolve escalations, and ensure SLA adherence
- Facilitate vendor onboarding, supplier database management, and coordination with finance teams for invoice reconciliation and payment processing
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, GST/SEZ compliance, and risk management frameworks
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and procurement automation — provide training and guidance to junior team members
What You Bring
- 3–7 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Buying Operations
- Strong hands-on experience with purchase order (PO) management and supplier coordination
- Good understanding of procurement processes, compliance frameworks, and vendor onboarding
- Experience working with finance teams for invoicing, payments, and reconciliation
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills with ability to handle escalations under tight deadlines
Bonus Points: Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) | Knowledge of India GST and SEZ regulations | Experience with procurement automation initiatives | Prior experience in a GCC or shared services environment
