Job details:
Contract position – 6 months (Extendable)
- Order Management: Support the entry, tracking, and maintenance of customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Order Fulfillment: Assist in coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery and resolve any fulfillment‑related issues.
- Purchase Requests (PR): Raise and track PRs for direct and indirect materials, ensure documentation accuracy, and follow up on approvals and status updates.
- Automation Support: Contribute to small‑scale automation initiatives (Excel‑based tools, templates, basic macros, or workflow improvements) to streamline planning and reporting tasks.
- Assist with data preparation, reporting, and analysis to support supply chain planning activities.
- Help maintain accurate supply, demand, and inventory data across planning systems.
- Prepare structured documents, presentations, and status updates using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information, validate data, and support daily operational tasks.
- Identify data inconsistencies or process bottlenecks and escalate when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, spreadsheet organization).
- Basic understanding of supply chain planning concepts, such as forecasting, procurement, and production flow.
- Ability to prepare clear and well‑structured documents and presentations (Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn how to interpret data.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SAP or any other ERP system.
- Exposure to or interest in the semiconductor industry.
- Basic understanding or interest in process automation tools (Excel macros, Power BI, scripts, etc.) is a plus.
