🚨 Hiring Alert | Supplier Quality Surveillance (SQS) – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)
We are hiring for a leading multinational EPC organization for the role of Supplier Quality Surveillance (SQS) – E&I (Desk Expeditor).
This is a great opportunity for professionals with strong experience in electrical & instrumentation systems, QA/QC, and supplier inspection within Oil & Gas / EPC / Industrial projects.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Supplier Quality Surveillance (SQS) activities
- Review ITPs, QA/QC procedures, material & calibration certificates, FAT procedures
- Coordinate vendor inspections, testing, and packaging processes
- Liaise with third-party inspection agencies (TPI) for inspection stages
- Prepare SQS reports, NCRs, and track corrective/preventive actions
- Ensure traceability, compliance, and adherence to standards (IEC / ISO / EN)
- Support PIMs, supplier evaluations, and audits
🎯 Candidate Profile:
- 8+ years of experience in supplier quality / inspection roles
- Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
- Strong exposure to E&I systems and QA/QC documentation
- Familiarity with IEC, EN, ISO standards
- Certifications like CompEx / IECEx preferred
- Good communication skills and willingness to travel
