We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – Supplier Onboarding

Location: Noida Sector - 63 | On-site | Full-time

As we continue to scale our marketplace operations, we are looking for a high-energy Supplier Onboarding professional to strengthen our supply network and drive seamless seller activation.

What You’ll Do

Supplier Onboarding & Activation

• Identify and onboard new suppliers aligned with category and business goals

• Drive end-to-end onboarding including documentation, KYC, catalog readiness, pricing, and go-live

• Ensure timely activation of suppliers within defined TATs

Supplier Enablement & Support

• Educate suppliers on marketplace policies, processes, and tools

• Support sellers with cataloging, logistics integration, and operational setup

• Act as the first point of contact for onboarding-related queries

Process & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with platform policies, legal, and KYC requirements

• Coordinate with internal teams such as Catalog, Category, Finance, Legal, and Operations

• Identify onboarding challenges and suggest process improvements

Performance & Reporting

• Track onboarding metrics such as activation rate, TAT, and drop-offs

• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review

• Support category growth by onboarding high-potential suppliers

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with category managers and business teams

• Coordinate with external suppliers and partners across regions

What We’re Looking For

• 2–6 years of experience in supplier onboarding or marketplace operations

• Prior experience with platforms like Meesho, Flipkart, Shopsy, Amazon, or similar

• Strong understanding of seller lifecycle, KYC, and compliance

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple suppliers simultaneously

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills with a data-driven approach

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field

• MBA preferred (especially for Assistant Manager role)
