Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Supplier Manager. In this role, the Supplier Manager will oversee supplier relationships, manage procurement processes, assess and evaluate supplier performance, and facilitate supplier development initiatives. Additionally, the role involves optimizing supplier performance while ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Supplier Management and Supplier Development to build and maintain effective relationships and enhance supplier capabilities.
- Expertise in Supplier Evaluation and Procurement to manage vendor selection and ensure efficient procurement processes.
- Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to evaluate supplier performance and implement improvement plans.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in maintaining compliance with procurement policies and industry standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple suppliers and tasks simultaneously.
