What we're looking for


We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our Product Team at Supio in either Seattle or San Francisco. You have a deep understanding of our domain and desire to delight our customers. You will oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap creation to execution and launch, eventually managing and mentoring a team of product managers, while also collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product success. You'll report directly to the Chief Product Officer. 

What you'll do


  • Product Vision and Strategy: You'll define the long-term vision and strategy for a product area, ensuring it aligns with our overall goals.
  • Roadmap Development: You'll create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and ensuring they are aligned with market needs and business objectives.
  • Market Research and Analysis: You'll conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and validate product ideas.
  • Product Backlog Management:You'll manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and contains the necessary information for our development teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: You'll work closely with stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, sales, and executives, to ensure everyone is aligned and informed
  • Product Development Process: You'll oversee the product development process, ensuring our products are developed and launched on time and within budget.
  • Launch Planning and post-launch analysis: Plan and execute product launches, ensuring a smooth and successful launch. Analyze product performance after launch, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience in software engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management or technical leadership in B2B environments, with a strong preference for experience in AI.
  • Proven ability to use data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve product features.
  • Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.


Compensation


The base salary range for this position in Seattle is $220,000 -$265,000 and $230,000-$275,000 in San Francisco annually plus equity. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
